General Membership Meetings
General Membership Meetings bring the entire PSCC community together to hear program updates, vote on key decisions, and share ideas that shape the direction of our sister-city partnerships.
- Schedule: Quarterly, on the fourth Thursday of the month
- Typical Agenda: President's update, program reports, member vote, open floor
- Who May Attend: All active members; guests welcome with advance notice

Our Board of Directors meets to set strategic direction, review finances and programs, and steward the Committee's long-term partnerships with our sister cities.

Subcommittee Meetings
Subcommittees are where members roll up their sleeves — planning events, managing partnerships, and running the day-to-day programs that keep PSCC moving forward.

Yes — General Membership Meetings welcome guests with advance notice. Board meetings are reserved for Executive Boardmembers and Directors.

General Membership Meetings are held quarterly, Board Meetings monthly, and subcommittees meet on their own schedule based on program needs.
Where are meetings located?
Most meetings are held at our regular Community Room in Pasadena, with virtual attendance options available for many gatherings.
