General Membership Meetings bring the entire PSCC community together to hear program updates, vote on key decisions, and share ideas that shape the direction of our sister-city partnerships.
- Schedule: Last Thursday of every month, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Executive Committee & Board Meetings
Our Board of Directors meets to set strategic direction, review finances and programs, and steward the Committee's long-term partnerships with our sister cities.

Yes — guests are welcome at General Membership Meetings. Contact us before your first meeting and we will share the details.
How often are meetings held?
General Membership Meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month, 6:30–8:00 PM. Executive Committee and Board Meetings are held monthly, and subcommittee chairs email members a schedule of their monthly meeting.
Where are meetings located?
Meetings may be held in person, on Zoom, or both. Members receive the meeting details by email.
How do I join a committee?
Reach out through our Contact page or speak with a Committee Chair at any General Membership Meeting — new volunteers are always welcome.
How can I receive meeting notices?
Members receive meeting notices by email. Make sure your membership contact information is current, or contact us to be added to the list.
